CZECH REPUBLIC UNESCO HERITAGE

There are less than thousand of UNESCO world cultural and natural heritage sites in the whole world. The Czech Republic shows one of the highest densities of these sites, bringing even twelve of these architectonic jewels and making so our country a little UNESCO heritage superpower. Since ratification of the Convention Concerning the Protection of the Cultural and Natural Heritage in 1991, thousands of visitors appreciated the beauty and uniqueness of places rare enough to be listed among world’s UNESCO wonders.
